Her recent debut single, Whip My Hair, had the web all a-buzz with more than 100,000 views on YouTube after just a day of being released. The hip-hop / Rihanna’esque single, which is meant to inspire young girls to be confident and self-assured, has turned her into a smash hit. So much so that Jay-Z signed her to a record deal on his label, Roc Nation, saying he thought Willow had a superstar career in front of her. If Jay-Z called it, you better believe it. Her wacky and fun sense of style–especially in these bright-white Ray Bans and Converse high top pants, is always a looker on the red carpet.
