Stephanie Pratt’s had some troubling times in her 24 years on this planet. Best known for her “role” on MTV’s The Hills, Spencer Pratt’s younger sis discussed the fact that she shoplifted $1,300 worth of merchandise from a Neiman Marcus while working as a production assistant for ABC’s LOST in Honolulu in 2006 during an interview with US magazine. She’s also admitted to probs with substance abuse and bulimia, and was even arrested for DUI in Hollywood in 2009. Whew!
