You’d think that fashionista extraordinaire Nicole Richie has enough on her plate with two drool-worthy clothing lines House of Harlow 1960 and Winter Kate–just launched last year. But what’s a style maven to do when she’s offered the chance to get back in the reality tv game to show off her fashion expertise as a mentor on NBC’s upcoming reality competition series Fashion Star. The show features 14 wannabe designers competing for the chance to win a multi-million dollar prize to launch their lines in three of America’s largest retailers. Nicole will sit alongside fellow designers Jessica Simpson and John Varvatos at the helm while supermodel Elle Macpherson (and exec producer) serves as host.
And to think, Nicole’s looking extra fresh and “perky” again after this summer’s breast implant surgery. Friends say she went under knife because breast-feeding her children left her natural breasts looking “less than perfect”, according to Us. The 30-year-old recently flaunted her new figure during a vacation in Mexico wearing a sexy two-piece swimsuit. Hey, a gal’s gotta do what a gal’s gotta do to stay fabulous.
