The actress visited Thailand recently, and she spoke about how the Gossip Girl ending influenced her life: “I found myself missing New York a little bit. I loved it there. And, it’s really more of a shock that it’s over. It’s good in a way because it will now be a good memory and something that I always hold to dearly. It’s been part of my life from the time I was 20 to 26,” Meester told Bangkok Post. We see no reason why she shouldn’t live there regardless of the show ending! The 26 year old actress is currently filming God Only Knows, a crime/drama film with Harvey Keitel: “Nick Tortano is a smooth-talking, ambitious criminal from the streets of Boston. After years spent working for and idolizing the Italian gangsters he finally proves himself to the boss and becomes a made man. However, once inside, Nick conflicts with a moneymaker for the Mafia and begins to drive a wedge between him and Boss,” according to imdb.com.
