Lily Cole‘s modelling days are now officially over. Not because of any misfortune, but because of her own decision. After parts in The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus and Snow White and the Huntsman, Cole decided to dedicate herself full time to acting. “I’m not modelling any more. It’s been a crazy journey since first being spotted, but modelling never felt like a long term plan. I’ve wanted to act since I was a child,” the former Playboy cover girl said. “I’ve also got a geeky side, so I’m now involved in a project within the tech industry,” she continued. This might have to do with the fact that she’s dating Twitter’s founder, Jack Dorsey. Cole also mentions that she’s irritated by people’s interest in celebrities: “The UK has made an awful contribution to that industry, which I’m not proud of. Fortunately the press doesn’t follow me too much and what coverage there is, I try to ignore,” she said.
