Lindsay Lohan looks rather down-to-earth in her draped leather jacket, lace-up boots and Ray Ban sunglasses, with her blond hair down. This is a welcomed change compared to her usual looks. The actress recently lost her lawsuit against rapper Pitbull, who used her name in one of his lyrics from the song “Give Me Everything” (kind of sounds like a pun now). The famous lyric is “I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan”, which the actress found offensive and a violation of her privacy. Pitbull initially apologized, but later filed a countersuit; however, Lohan didn’t have to pay the rapper in the end. “The fact that the Song was presumably created and distributed for the purpose of making a profit does not mean that plaintiff’s name was used for ‘advertising’ or ‘purposes of trade’ within the meaning of the New York Civil Rights Law,” the judge ruled.
