The actress and her boyfriend, Hayden Christensen, have been spending some time in Barbados recently, doing such activities as water sports and even snorkeling. Dr. Heart appeared to be less of a diva than anyone expects from a Hollywood celebrity, and she had lots of fun with her boyfriend and their pals. During the whole trip, Bilson showed off an enviable bikini body. But how does she get it? “I’m not the kind to go to the gym,” she says, adding that she’d rather do some sports or dance. “Yoga is a great way to relax and get your body toned. You should enjoy food and enjoy life. Healthiness stems from being happy,” she continued.
