Modern Family’s smokin’ hot Columbian sexpot Sofia Vergara was seen on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno earlier this week, sporting a form fitting come-hither leopard-print dress that showed off her curvaceous body. “I tried to step it up a notch because I knew she was coming,” Sofia said in reference to Jay’s other guest, Lady Gaga, who was appearing fresh off her Grammy egg-stravaganza the night before. Our guess is that Jay—like every other guy out there that was watching from his own living room- was ready to drool right then and there!
Sofia, who was discovered by a photographer while walking on a Colombian beach, made her first performance as a performer at the age of 17 in a Pepsi commercial that was widely broadcast in Latin America. These days, the 38-year-old is the face of the new taller, sassier “Skinny Can” Diet Pepsi, which made its premiere at New York’s Fall 2011 Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in celebration of beautiful, confident women. The Skinny Cans will be available to consumers in stores nationwide starting in March.
Sofia’s role as Gloria Delgado-Pritchett on Modern Family has led to nominations for a Golden Globe Award, a Primetime Emmy Award, and three Screen Actors Guild Awards. You’ll also be able to catch her in the first live-action/animated hybrid movie of The Smurfs franchise, slated for release in August 2011.
