The hot model was recently spotted walking her little dog, Lady, in a gorgeous bikini on the beach. Patridge confessed that The Hills fans might get another chance to see their favorite reality stars in action: ‘I talked to [series creator] Adam [DiVello] a few months ago and I ran into one of the other producers at The Grove [in L.A] right before Christmas, and they did talk to me a little bit about it, how they’d love to do it. I just asked them, ‘How would that work?’ Because now everyone has such different lives and such different things going on.’ We don’t know if that’s something that will actually happen, given that Lauren Conrad won’t be coming back to reality TV, and that Kristin Cavallari now has a baby. Who knows? There can always be a twist…
