James Franco signs some autographs in a pair of blue Gucci sunglasses, a scarf and winter jacket. The Spring Breakers actor recently won a legal case, after the papers couldn’t be served to him. A New York University professor claimed that he was fired for giving Franco a “D”, but he lost the defamation case for not finding the actor. “I didn’t feel like I needed to waste my time with a bad teacher,” Franco stated last year. “No teacher will ever be fired from NYU for giving a student a D. He wasn’t fired, he was asked not to come back after three years because they didn’t think he was a good teacher. He is not going to be hired at another institution.” Despite making so many public appearances to promote his movies, the attorneys couldn’t find Franco. Lucky him! The actor just started filming Third Person, together with Mila Kunis, Kim Basinger, Adrien Brody, Olivia Wilde, Liam Neeson and Maria Bello.
