The latest season of Vampire Diaries has just wrapped up, and Dobrev confessed that she would like Elena to end up backpacking through Europe, and to ditch the boys or, as she puts it “experience the life without the vampires”. Since the actress is working so much, from early in the morning to late at night, many fans have wondered what her beauty secret is, how she doesn’t look tired: “Getting those hours in. I’m very serious about my sleep and everyone that knows me knows that: ‘Don’t wake Nina up from a nap!’ But, yeah, I mean, moisture and drinking water and eating regularly and having energy – that’s important – drinking teas, like matcha green tea lattes,” the actress shares.
