June 11th was a highly anticipated date for Pretty Little Liars fans. It meant the premiere of the fourth season, one which the main actress, Ashley Benson, describes as “darker than ever”. The pretty little blond says that their fans grew up with the show, and that they're now ready for something even stronger. “The darker, the better”, she told Ryan Seacrest in an interview, and announced that she's really happy about the outcome. Benson revealed on the radio show that many new characters will appear this season, with surprising plots and crazy stories. We will also get our fair share of unexpected twists, Benson suggests, and you can no longer trust who's good and who's evil.
The new season premiered on Tuesday and revealed the identity of the infamous Queen of Hearts, as well as what was in Wilden's trunk – we won't give out any spoilers, because we're sure you'd rather watch the full episode yourselves.
