Katy Perry was awarded the Woman of the Year honor by Elle yesterday, in a celebrity-packed ceremony in London, UK. The singer wore a botanic print dress by Vivienne Westwood, which showed off her hourglass body. She paired it with Christian Louboutin jeweled heels and a retro inspired hairdo. The award was handed to her by Kylie Minogue, who wore a little black dress that suits her petite frame.

Other attendees at the awards were Tom Ford, Cara Delevingne, Lily Allen (who covers Elle this March and won the award for UK Recording Artist Female), Jessie J, Isabel Marant, Rita Ora (who was a presenter and wore a spectacular Marchesa gown), Daisy Lowe, Karolina Kurkova, Emma Watson and many others.
Other awards went to Christopher Kane for British Designer of the Year, Katie Hillier for Accessories Designer of the Year, Emilia Wickestead for Red Carpet Designer of the Year and Tinie Tempah for UK Recording Artist Male.
