Demi’s back and better than ever! The Disney starlet was spotted out and about in Santa Monica this past Friday afternoon after finishing her stint at a treatment center. In late November, she dropped out of her tour with the Jonas Brothers (months after splitting with Joe Jonas) and checked into a facility “for emotional and physical issues.” What’s next for the 18-year-old Camp Rock 2 star after her three-month stay in rehab? She reportedly hopes to get back to her “regular routine” and “spend time with her family and close friends.” But she hasn’t yet decided when or whether to return to work on her Sonny With a Chance Disney channel show.
