AnnaLynne McCord got into a fender bender while driving her Mini Cooper back in 2009, but the incident just isn’t going away. AnnaLynne walked away relatively unscathed but the crash “victim” she rear-ended believes the 90210 hottie owes him big-time. According to E! Online, Mark Robert Pawlowski wants AnnaLynne to cover his medical bills … and then some. Court docs for the lawsuit he filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court claim that he’s needed back, neck and shoulder surgeries due to the accident. He’s seeking unspecified damages to pay for his medical bills, lost wages and more damages for his pain and suffering. AnnaLynne hasn’t commented on the situation, but the whole ordeal sounds like a big pain in the neck … or shoulder … or back?
Work-wise, AnnaLynne’s still been busy filming her hit TV show. She was recently spotted on the beaches of San Pedro along with co-stars Jessica Stroup and Shenea Grimes as they filmed a celebratory Indian wedding reception scene.
