Heartthrob George Clooney is rarely single for too long. This week, reports surfaced that George has been hooking up with Stacy Keibler, a WWE female wrestler perhaps best known for her former stint on ABC’s Dancing With the Stars. Apparently the couple was introduced by a mutual friend. George’s publicist won’t comment on his personal life, and went so far as to say that George is finishing a movie right now and he hasn’t had any way to reach him for the past several weeks.” (yeah, right!) Stacy’s rep is not responding to requests for comment on the topic either.
Meanwhile, the rumor continues, fueled by reports on People.com and Us Weekly’s websites about the unexpected George-Stacy hookup. One source told Us: “It’s more than just a fling. … They’re basically exclusive at this point. They like each other’s sense of humor…” In recent weeks, the super-fit blonde has been overseas on a whirlwind European vacation, hopping from Cannes to Ibiza to London and, allegedly, to GC’s adopted home of Lake Como, Italy. She posted this cryptic tweet on July 9: “I am the luckiest girl in the world,” adding three smiley-faces for emphasis. If the are rumors true, she’s lucky indeed.
