How she lost 44 pounds after having a baby 5 months ago (daughter Penelope). The magazine even paid her $200,000 for the exclusive story and photo shoot, obviously not knowing that Kim was gonna announce her pregnancy the same week. Hey, at least Kourtney got to show off her bikini bod on the cover of the magazine!
