“Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues” premiered last night at the Beacon Theatre in New York. The comedy features Christina Applegate, Jim Carrey, Will Farrel, Harrison Ford, Kirsten Dunst, and plenty other famous names, so the premiere night was packed with celebrities as well. The star of the evening, Christina Applegate, looked glamorous in a black gown by Lorena Sarbu, which featured embroidered jewels all over the bodice. Christina was there with her husband, Martyn LeNoble, and they shared more than one red carpet kiss that photographers ate up. Amy Poehler made an appearance in an Alice + Olivia mini dress, while her BFF Tina Fey wore J Brand leggings with a black shirt and tweed coat.

Zachary Quinto appeared a little underdressed in a casual pair of jeans, hoodie and parka, while other actors got dressed up in a tie and dress shoes: Will Ferrel, Taran Killam, Edward Norton, David Koechner, Paul Rudd, Steve Carrell or Haley Joel Osment. Also on the glam side were Kristen Wiig, in a pastel Prada gown, and Meagan Good, who wore Donna Karen. Also spotted was Brooke Shields in a cocktail black dress, together with her husband Chris Henchy.
