It wasn’t just a one wedding day, but a whole week of preparations, celebrations and more. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West finally tied the knot on May 24th, in a highly anticipated ceremony that was called “private” but was actually very much in the public eye. After a Paris bacholerette party that was documented on Instagram, and a brunch at the Valentino chateau where everyone wore Valentino, the bride and groom were married in Florence, Italy, surrounded by even more stars than anticipated. Kanye surprised Kim with a Lana del Rey performance at the pre-wedding dinner, and the whole famous Kardashian clan was in attendance. Also spotted were Valentino Garavani, Oliver Rousteing, Joel Silver, Alexander Wang, André Leon Tally, Steve McQueen, David Blaine,NeNe Leakes,Serena Williams and Big Sean. They also expected Beyonce & Jay-Z, but the couple was only able to send their virtual congrats rather than attend.

The couple wore Givenchy at the wedding, and Kim wore a Maison Martin Margiela gown for the rehearsal dinner. It looks like the two are very much into French designers these days, although people on Twitter complain this is the end of high fashion as we know it. The location – Forte di Belvedere – was built for the Medici family, and in this case it served as a wall against the paparazzi. But no worries – there’s nothing that the paparazzi could’ve caught on camera that the Kardashians didn’t share already.
