Ryan Gosling appeared at Jimmy Kimmel Live yesterday, to promote his newest movie, Gangster Squad. The movie also stars Emma Stone and Sean Penn, and it takes place in the 1940s and 50s. The actor attended the premiere of the film earlier this week, and his girlfriend Eva Mendes could only be there… in clothes! The famous actress landed Gosling’s mom an outfit to wear at the premiere. Donna Gosling joked: “I’m wearing Eva Mendes! She let me raid her closet.” In case you haven’t seen the movie yet, you should know that Gosling’s voice is not his usual one. He picked a higher-pitched tone for this role, one which Emma Stone compares to Bugs Bunny, saying: “I loved it. It makes me so happy when anybody makes a weird choice. And it’s not weird — it’s great. You just wouldn’t expect it.” Pictured here in a fitted t-shirt and Persol sunglasses, Gosling doesn’t let his sex-symbol status down!
