The new British Cosmo is coming out January 2nd, and the cover girl is Khloe Kardashian. The reality TV star is wearing a baby blue lace and brocade mini dress, angular white nails and natural makeup, and the cover story gets your attention in a sec: “I refused to get a nose job”. Both her mom and a makeup artist suggested she did an operation, but she refused every time. In 2013, Khloe lost 30lbs, and she tells the mag that her body goal for 2014 is to be able to wear a crop top with jeans.

The editorial reveals a sexy Khloe Kardashian, but the interview reveals a fun loving woman: “I never take myself seriously. When I joke about my camel toe or my big vagina on TV, I don’t realise how many people are watching! I’m with my sisters and we’re the same off camera – that’s how sisters are,” she told the mag.

The 29 year old brunette also mentions that she’s a fan of girl-to-girl support: “I’m not happy with my arms, so if I see a girl with great arms I compliment her. It doesn’t make me hate her; it motivates me to lift more weights.” She said women should encourage each other, instead of putting each other down. Even though she’s proud to have lost weight without surgery, she’s not opposed to it.

Finally, Khloe tells Cosmo what she’s looking forward to in her relationship with niece North: “Kanye is such an awesome dad, and he’s so opinionated and passionate. North is only five-and-a-half months old but you can see she has opinions and a strong personality already. I’m kind of nervous to see what she’s like when she’s older but I think she’ll be incredibly confident because Kim and Kanye are.”
