One thing’s for sure: 2014 is just not the year of Justin Bieber. After many scandals and a petition to be deported back to Canada, the 20 year old superstar is once again in the eyes of the world for all the bad reasons. According to a woman who was interviewed by TMZ, the singer is currently under investigation for trying to steal her cellphone. The incident happened at Sherman Oaks Castle Park on Monday, where Justin and his crew were playing mini golf. Things got interesting when the star got into an altercation that the woman wanted to photograph with her phone. That’s when Justin demanded that he receives the phone to erase the pics, and took it from her purse when she refused.

It looks like the woman’s phone was locked, but Justin made her prove there were no photos on it. She told the singer that she and her teen daughter just wanted to say hi, to which Justin replied: “You’re humiliating yourself in front of your daughter.  Why don’t you just get out of here.” After the incident, the woman filed a complaint, but it’s not certain if LAPD decided to further investigate the act as a criminal one.
