Itching for Izzie? Have no fear! Lionsgate studio execs have bumped the release date of Katherine Heigl’s latest movie to June 3 from its originally-scheduled July 8. The former Grey’s Anatomy doc can be seen bringing the beloved barely-competent bounty hunter known as Stephanie Plum to life in One for the Money, a big screen adaptation of New York Times best-selling author Janet Evanovich’s romantic adventure novel. The movie tells the tale of the unemployed former lingerie buyer who takes a job at her cousin’s bail bonds company out of sheer desperation. Plenty of crazy antics and a lil bit of romance follow suit as you’d expect, and Katherine sizzles as Stephanie Plum.
On the gossip circuit, Katherine’s supposedly gotten into it with Sofia Vergara on the set of New Year’s Eve. The movie’s large ensemble cast is comprised of some serious Hollywood heavyweights, including Ashton Kutcher, Michelle Pfeiffer, Jessica Biel, Hilary Swank, Alyssa Milano, Halle Berry, Jon Bon Jovi and Josh Duhamel just to name a few. Sources have claimed that Sofia grew sick and tired of listening to Katherine complain about cold weather and long work days, leading to a major feud on set. Katherine’s diva-ness did eventually led to her demise from Grey’s, but knows? One thing’s for sure—her Tory Burch sunglasses are definitely fit for a queen.
