See who went to Paris and what they wore.
On July the 2nd, the famous jewelry designer, Bulgari, opened its gates for an exclusive cocktail party presentation, during Paris Couture and Haute Couture Fashion Week. The party took place at the Hôtel Potocki in Paris, France, and celebrities like Bradley Cooper, Alexa Chung and Milla Jovovich attended. The latter looked exquisite in a structured striped mini and black heels, but she’s also been seen at the Armani Privee Fall 2013 fashion show, wearing a stylish wide leg pant with a tweed jacket and layered necklaces. We also liked Naomie Harris, who wore a black and white ensemble with metallic sandals for the very same show.

The Lancome Show by Alber Elbaz Collection Party was filled with celebrities as well. We’ve seen Nicki Hilton in a not so flattering, but pretty Lanvin dress; Gemma Arterton in a one shoulder Lanvin dress; and a similar one shoulder design from the same French house on Pace Wu. Did the dress code require a one shoulder Lanvin mini? Well, no, but it seems to have been an unwritten law.
Then, of course, was the Christian Dior show, which is one of the most exciting ones each season. Anna Wintour was there, wearing a beautiful striped skirt with a sleeveless tank, sparkly necklaces and her signature sunglasses. Jennifer Lawrence made an appearance, wearing an unusual number, with wide leg pants and a crop top. The most photographed look must have been Olivia Palermo’s, who looked spotless in a Dior ensemble. Out of the great Italians, Versace attracted Uma Thurman, who was seen at the show in an all black mini and braided hair. Mena Suvari and Emma Roberts were also present.
However, the most star-filled show was Chanel, as it always is. Karl Lagerfeld is such a charmer, that he’s always got Vanessa Paradis, Kristen Stewart and other such names by his side. Dressed for the occasion, Paradis picked a skinny black pant with heeled oxfords and a crisp white button down, while Stewart went edgier with a super short mini, a white blazer and Lagerfeld’s signature fingerless gloves. Very rock’n’roll! Clémence Poésy also wore black and white, with a bow tie that made her look oh-so-French. But you know who looked unexpectedly cool? Rihanna. Although there was definitely no bra under that button down dress (?), the layered strings of pearls and the natural makeup made it work. She pulled it off, once again.
